These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content, features, checkout services, and other services made available through Dovzari™.

Throughout these Terms, “Dovzari™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shenzhen Yanyu Network Technology Co., Ltd., the company that owns and operates the Dovzari™ brand and website.

By visiting our website, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any other policies referenced on our website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and Services.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

By using our Services, you confirm that you have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence, or that you are using the Services with appropriate consent where required by law.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use Dovzari™ to:

Dovzari™ offers cups, mugs, drinkware, and related household products. We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately, including product images, dimensions, capacity, materials, colors, features, and care information.

However, the appearance of a product on your screen may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, monitor settings, or device display characteristics. Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or dimensions may also occur where consistent with normal manufacturing processes.

We may update product descriptions, specifications, availability, or designs when reasonably necessary.

5. Product Availability & Orders

Products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, introduce updated versions, restrict sales in certain locations, or correct inventory errors. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and refund of the affected item.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Dovzari™. An order is not considered fully accepted until we successfully process the payment and confirm the order.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, invalid shipping information, or purchase quantities inconsistent with normal personal use. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6 & 7. Personal and Household Use

Unless otherwise agreed by us, products purchased through Dovzari™ are intended for personal or household use. You may not purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale, fraudulent export, or other prohibited commercial purposes.

8. Prices & Currency

Product prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time. The amount charged for an accepted order will be based on the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine errors.

Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges. Any applicable amounts will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and checkout information.

Unless otherwise displayed during checkout, Dovzari™ transactions are processed in: United States Dollars (USD)

If your payment method is denominated in another currency, your card issuer, bank, or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction charges. Dovzari™ does not control fees imposed independently by financial institutions.

10 & 11. Payment & Authorization

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout (PayPal, eligible credit cards, debit cards, etc.). Dovzari™ does not directly store complete payment card information. Payments are processed through authorized payment providers and secure checkout systems.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization and security review. A transaction may be delayed or declined because of incorrect payment information, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, billing-address discrepancies, fraud-prevention checks, or card issuer security measures.

12 - 15. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Our standard processing time is 2–4 business days (up to 5 business days during high-volume periods), with a standard shipping fee of $5.99 per order.

If you need to request a cancellation or shipping-address change, contact us within 12 hours after placing the order at service@dovzari.com.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

16 - 21. Intellectual Property & Platforms

The content made available through Dovzari™ (branding, logos, product names, designs, text, photography, graphics, videos, layouts, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our protected content without written authorization.

Our online store may be hosted or supported by Shopify and its related technologies. However, purchases of Dovzari™ products are transactions between you and Shenzhen Yanyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. Shopify is not the seller of Dovzari™ products.

Certain parts of our Services may rely on third-party providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics, etc.). Our collection and processing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

22 - 26. Customer Content, Availability & Consumer Rights

You may choose to provide reviews, comments, suggestions, or feedback. You confirm that any content you submit is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

We work to keep our website and Services available, but continuous and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance or technical factors.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the legal operator of Dovzari™, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction.
